Lego has officially announced its next nostalgic collaboration, this time with Sega. The new set recreates the iconic Sega Genesis, known as the Mega Drive in many regions, and it is set to launch this summer. The model contains 479 pieces and offers a clever twist for builders: the console can be customized to reflect either the North American Genesis design or the Japanese and European Mega Drive look.

The set includes a detailed replica of the console itself, complete with a cartridge slot and controller ports. It also comes with a miniature game controller and a cartridge that can be inserted into the console.
